TU Mens Basketball, TU vs. Colorado
Yesterday I took my camera to the University of Tulsa basketball game against the Colorado Buffaloes. The Golden Hurricane won 84-59, and it was a pretty fun game to watch even though I don’t really know a whole lot about basketball. I think that in order to shoot sports you have to understand the game, since it helps to know what to look for in good shots. I spent a lot of the time looking in the wrong spots and missing good action shots.
New website and bonfires
I updated my website, and switched to a new domain name. If you’re reading this the new website should be working and the blog feeds have been updated. My main page is now http://www.rjbphoto.com, it has a little slideshow of my favorite photos. I tried to make something a little more professional looking, taking advantage of all the benefits I’ve gained from using Smugmug over the years. The University of Tulsa
Now that Spring is here I’m really looking forward to taking some more pictures of school. In the Fall last year before it got cold I got a chance to take some really cool pictures. But then it got cold and all the grass died. (more…)
