I got a chance to head out to a different autocross event in Neosho, MO this weekend with a friend who normally races in the NEOklahoma SCCA group. This event was sponsored by the Ozark Mountain Region Sports Car Club of America. It was a Solo2 regional event (the 6th they’ve had this year) and was held in the parking lot of the Crowder Truck Driving School. The weather was mild and it was an interesting track layout that they were able to set up. (more…)
I went to another autocross event hosted by SCCA last weekend. This was the first event I’ve been to held at the Tulsa Raceway Park. I took lots of photos and I’ve gotten better at getting a decent shot of at least every driver. My favorite car this time out was definitely the Audi R8. (more…)

What sits there now is a parking lot which has been converted into Stroud Tornado Mall, a racetrack where local SCCA events are held. The weather was nice but the sun was in full force and I ended up with a pretty nasty sunburn. It was very fun to take pictures of something totally new to me though. (more…)
