Tulsa Snowstorm Photos 2010 Version
Just got done editing a bunch of photos I took during the past few days during the snow and ice storm we’ve been having. Hope you enjoy!
A few days ago I got a new Canon 85mm f/1.8 portrait lens. I haven’t had a chance to take any real portraits with it but I’ve been having fun using it as a walking around lens.
I love that I can see the windows in the icicle in the photo above.
After the storm itself stopped there were some really beautiful houses outside in the neighborhood I live in now. Lots of mansions and just in-general cool homes. Too bad a lot of them are businesses and not really residential.

This storm wasn’t really bad at all, compared to the 2007 storm. When I went out walking I could see these little strips of ice that fell from the power lines above. They looked cool.

I also managed to take a time lapse from the view of the apartment during the storm. It’s not very interesting but about halfway through a van does get stuck in the snow for a brief period of time. It only lasts for a few frames though.

i love it all! You amaze me, Robert!
